Flourishing and glorious past of BBA Programme of Shanker Dev Campus (SDC) gives me an immense pleasure to invite you fresher to join the BBA Programme in SDC and be the part of the best. This is 21st intake for BBA. 17 batches of eight semester cycles has already completed the programme. All the BBA graduates from SCD showed their excellence in national and global arena. They received scholarship in prestigious universities in the world and they have been doing excellent work in leading financial institutions, multinational corporations, NGOs, INGOs and government offices. Some of them established their own business organization and providing opportunity for others. The success and popularity of the course lies with the hard work and dedication of the management team and the faculty members, discipline and devotion of the students and cooperation from the parents.
Dear students, today education means much more than merely acquiring knowledge. It is acquisition of knowledge and skills, building character and improving employability of our young talent, the future leadership. Moreover, it is process of making a responsible citizen for the nation. We are striving continuously to make the BBA Programmes best management learning center in Nepal at undergraduate level. We are evolving into center of excellence where students receives the best academic guidance with the best placement opportunities. We want our students to be self-motivated, creative, disciplined and confined management leaders in the global market. We provide opportunity to enhance your capacity through highly experienced faculties and business practitioners. We equally focus on development of soft skills of our students.

Message from the Deputy-Director
Every year learning has changed its countenance, necessitating us to adopt the new trends and adapt ourselves and be adept at meeting the changing demands of global market. In this light, our education must address it and empower our learners with a practical development— the ability to become in terms with global needs and standard. Educational institutes, I believe, must aspire for building a unique character of our learners. A competent human resource today is a composite of knowledge, curiosity, courage, creativity and leadership. We should institutionally better prepare for such goals.
Once we build a unique character necessitated by the current flows of change, we can promote creativity and harvest innovation for our students. And, I would like to assure everybody concerned that we teach not to be afraid of failure but strive to achieve success for excellence. We prioritize not the rigid moralizing perspective one must do it, but concentrate on the merits of being self-disciplined to grow up as a proficient human source. So far, we are firm in this determination.
Shanker Dev Campus, as one of the pioneers of management education, strives to work for the students' upliftment by working on both academic and professional skills. Each year we are delighted with stories of academic successes. Students hear learn beyond the textbooks, exams and classrooms. Every session every student gets an equal access to a variety of standardized academic and extracurricular events. Students here not only build social and moral character and develop compassion for nature, but also develop themselves as good human beings and confident leaders. I personally desire that you should develop adaptable personality during the academic sessions.
Dear students, in this competitive world, mediocrity is acceptable. In order to avoid it, we need to motivate ourselves to recognize our weaknesses, mitigate them, and capitalize on our strengths. Let your ambition define your goal(s) clearly. I strongly believe that our concerted efforts - your hard work and discipline and our proper guidance would definitely pave the way for a blissful and successful life.
