Mr. Pathak is a Lecturer at the Shanker Dev Campus, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He completed M.Phil. (Finance) in 2020 from Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. During his M.Phil. studies, Mr. Pathak excelled and was awarded the Gold medal for achieving an outstanding score of 4 CGPA. He completed his Master's Degree specializing in Finance from Central Department of Management, T. U.

Since 2012, Mr. Pathak has been teaching various courses at Tribhuvan University, including Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Risk Management, and Research Methodology. Apart from teaching, Mr. Pathak has contributed to the field of finance as a co-author of several books, namely "Investment Analysis," "Financial Management," and "Financial Institutions and Markets."

His research interests revolve around three main areas: behavioural finance, corporate finance, and sustainable development. He has conducted research in these fields and has successfully published his work in academic journals such as the Research Division of Tribhuvan University and UGC Nepal.
