Apart from BBS and MBS studies, SDC introduced a new programme Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) of Tribhuvan University in 2002. TU BBA, a four year, 120 credit hour, new academic programme, is an object-oriented business management programme. It is a full time day programme under Faculty of Management (FOM), TU with 8 semesters covering an international standard period of 4 years. The programme aims to prepare knowledgeable, skillful, confident, and self-motivated professionals who will be able to perform competitively in organizations of the modern age. The BBA programme is a practical and valuable means of gaining a business qualification that provides an exposure to the challenges of doing business in a global context. The programme has a wide coverage of conceptual inputs and has emphasis on practical applications that familiarize students with the overall functioning of organizations and their interactions with the total environment within which they operate.
